One of the best parts of living in the southwest Denver Metro area?? Easy access to the mountains!! I love the opportunity to sneak away to your mountain vacation location to take photos of you and your favorite people.
This session truly had it all - family, extended family, couples, documentary, traditional, a birthday party!! It was filled to the brim with family and love and the photos very joyfully reflect that.
If you've ever been to Grand Lake, Colorado, you know it's a magical place. Mountain air, gorgeous water, the cutest little town with a beach area for littles to play. It's the perfect spot for a family vacation.
As a Denver photographer who specializes in real, heartfelt family photography, I was thrilled to document this multi-generation session at a stunning lakeside cabin in Grand Lake. With the entire family gathered for a vacation, it was the perfect opportunity to capture both traditional portraits and documentary-style candids—the kind that show not just how your family looks, but who you are together.

When you have three generations under one roof—grandparents, adult kids, and grandkids—it’s a rare and beautiful thing. And it’s exactly the kind of moment that deserves to be documented.
This session included everything from cozy indoor candids to portraits by the lake. The cabin’s warm interior was filled with meaningful conversations, lots of laughs, and generational connections that can only happen when everyone is under the same roof.
