Mountain Family Photography session with Outdoorsy, Colorado Family

Jefferson, Colorado is the perfect location for family portraits.  It won't take long for you to see why.   If you're looking for a stunning, mountain location, and up for about a one hour drive out of the Littleton area, I have the spot for you.  A pond, mountains, meadows, forest, this location does it all.

Spring is one of my favorite times for photos in Jefferson because the mountains are still a little snow capped but the temperatures have warmed up!  Win-win.  You do have to watch out for the occasional moose, and on the drive in you may see deer, elk or antelope.

Part of this location's magic is that it's private.  We don't have to wait for other families for the best spots.  It's the perfect way to spend an hour or two adventuring with your family and enjoying the beauty of all that Colorado has to offer.  


You know what I love about this mom?  She rolled up to the session and said, "I have a million pictures of my kids with their dad.  I have next to none of me.  Can we make sure I'm the priority?"


Three cheers for a mom who knows her worth and that she deserves to be front and center of the family photos.
