Newborn photography is so joyful.
Covid and the birth of my nephew kick started my love of photography.
When my son was born, I had newborn photos taken in my home and I cherish those sweet photos. So when my brother and sister-in-law were pregnant with their first born during the height of Covid, I offered to come over and snap a few photos in hopes of giving them some of the joy I experienced when having my newborn's photos taken.
Thus began a love of taking photos.
I believe that everyone deserves to have their picture taken with their favorite humans. There is something extra special about capturing a brand-new-to-this world newborn. Those days fly by and it's worth having the photos to help remember just how small they once were!
Back in September of 2020, Maggie Theis Photography didn't exist.
Fast forward three years later, and today we celebrate third birthday of my sweet nephew and exciting big steps for MTP!! Without all the stars aligning to have taken K's newborn photos, I don't think MTP would be here today. Happy birthday, sweet boy!
